How to make the best cheese at home

In today’s post I’ll share with you my absolute favorite cheese making technique that I’ve found to be the ultimate cheese making success story.

The cheese I’m sharing with you today is the cream cheese made by The Dairy Queen and I hope you’ll enjoy this cheese making tutorial and see how I do it.

The Dairy Queen Cream Cheese RecipeI’ve got to admit, this cheese is really a pretty easy recipe to make.

But it takes a bit of work.

It’s just like making your own cheese at the grocery store.

The only difference is that this cheese requires more time.

I recommend you make the cream at least 3 times a week to make sure you get a good result.

You want the cheese to be creamy and fluffy but not too runny.

Once you get the hang of it, the cheese is just a delight.

This recipe makes about 4 ounces of cheese.

You’ll need: 1 cup milk 1 cup water (enough to make 2 cups) 1/4 cup salt (optional)1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional but adds flavor)2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and sliced (about 1 cup)1.

Preheat oven to 350°F.2.

Wash the spinach and cut it into 4 pieces.

Add all the ingredients for the cream to a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth.4.

Place in a bowl and refrigerate.5.

While the cheese and spinach are frozen, cut a cheese grater into 4-inch pieces.6.

Place the cheese graters in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.7.

After the cheese has frozen, remove the frozen spinach from the refrigerator.8.

Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Remove the frozen piece of cheese from the saucepan and let it melt.

Add salt and garlic powder and whisk to combine.

Set aside.9.

When the cheese cheese is melted, drain and let cool.10.

Using a cheese knife, cut the spinach into 1-inch cubes.11.

Add to the cheese-grater mixture and mix to combine with the spinach.

If you’re using frozen spinach rather than frozen spinach chunks, add it to the mixture first and then add the frozen chunks to the spinach mixture.12.

Heat the cheese mixture to 350 degrees F.13.

Once it’s warm, place the cheese on a baking sheet.

Make sure to spread the cheese evenly around the edges of the sheet.

If using frozen cheese chunks, spread the cheeses evenly over the cheese.14.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and the cheese melts.15.

Let the cheese cool before slicing.
